Constellations Series
The Constellations series (2019-2023) emerges from a reflection on the sky as a space of origin, connection, and mystery. The works are inspired by the idea that what we see above us—stars, lines, invisible forces—mirrors inner structures of meaning and belonging.
Through marks, points, and connecting lines, the paintings evoke constellations as both real and imagined systems: ways of organizing the unknown. These visual networks suggest relationships—between elements, between moments, between inner and outer worlds.
The series explores questions of where we come from and how we are connected—not only to each other, but to something larger, more expansive. There is a sense of openness in these works, a movement beyond the contained space of earlier pieces, while still holding an underlying structure.
Some works draw from poetic and symbolic references, including an interest in language that points to the infinite or the unseen.
